Bhagala may provide cloud, security, mobile app, IoT, 3D printing, prototype, consulting, and product-related services. UriCare and NicheJobs are product initiatives and may have product-specific terms, app store terms, or customer agreements where applicable. If a separate signed agreement or product policy applies, that document will control for the specific engagement.
4. Estimates, Payments, and Delivery
Project scope, pricing, timelines, milestones, deliverables, support terms, taxes, and payment schedules should be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope, assumptions, dependencies, or third-party costs change.
5. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, designs, code, documentation, product names, and other materials are owned by Bhagala or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Customer-owned materials remain the customer's property. Ownership of project deliverables will follow the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.

Both parties should handle confidential business, technical, health, hiring, or personal information carefully. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, or highly sensitive information by ordinary email unless a secure transfer method has been agreed.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may use third-party hosting, cloud, analytics, app store, payment, communication, or software services. Their availability, pricing, and policies are controlled by the relevant third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bhagala will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use or service engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
