1. Service Cancellations
You may request cancellation by emailing support@bhagala.com with the project name, invoice details, and reason for cancellation. If work has not started, we will review the request for refund after deducting applicable payment gateway, bank, tax, or administrative charges where permitted.
2. Work Already Started
For consulting, development, cloud, security, IoT, 3D printing, or prototype engagements where work has started, refunds are generally calculated after accounting for completed work, time spent, materials procured, third-party fees, committed costs, and non-cancellable vendor charges.
3. Digital Products and Subscriptions
UriCare, NicheJobs, or any other Bhagala digital product may have its own subscription, trial, cancellation, app store, or payment processor terms. Where a product-specific policy exists, it will apply to that product.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed milestones, delivered work, consultations already provided, and approved deliverables.
- Domain, hosting, cloud, software, API, marketplace, app store, payment processor, or third-party charges paid on behalf of a customer.
- Custom 3D printed parts, prototype materials, or specially procured components once production or purchase has started.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method where possible. Bank, payment gateway, and card network timelines may vary. We will share the expected timeline after the refund is approved.
6. How to Request
Email support@bhagala.com with your name, contact details, invoice or order reference, payment date, amount paid, and the reason for the request.
