1. Digital Delivery

For cloud, security, mobile app, software, consulting, documentation, design, and product work, delivery is normally completed through email, shared repositories, dashboards, cloud environments, app stores, calls, or other digital channels agreed for the project.

2. Delivery Timelines

Timelines depend on scope, approvals, access, dependencies, third-party services, customer feedback, and payment status. Estimated timelines should be confirmed in a proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written communication.

3. Physical Shipment

If a project includes 3D printed parts, electronics, devices, prototypes, or materials, shipping method, address, packaging, cost, and expected dispatch timeline will be confirmed separately. Shipping charges, taxes, customs, and handling fees may be billed separately unless agreed otherwise.

4. Failed Delivery or Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive physical items. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment, address correction, storage, return shipping, or courier reattempts.

5. Damage or Missing Items

If a physical shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, contact support@bhagala.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, package details, and the order or project reference so we can review the issue with the courier or supplier.
